First time here and I was surprised at the quality of the food. Nice space. Had the deluxe poke bowl and bubble tea. Bowl was lovely- respectable serving of fish, precision cut veggies, perfectly ripe avocado, tender sticky rice and just the right amount of dressing. Bubble tea in many flavors. The only thing I would request- use paper straws in the bubble tea. The plastic is very wasteful. Will definitely be back to try the noodles and sushi. Thrilled to have this option in Oswego in a sea of fried foods and burger joints! .

I didn't know this restaurant existed until someone told me about it. Been here a few times and the food is very good. Had sushi each time and never disappointed. Presentation was great, but the taste was better. Good balance of flavors, and i didn't feel too full afterward. Which is a good sign. My kids had bubble teas, and they were good. I'm glad it's nearby when I'm craving seafood. Definitely a must visit.

This is probably hands down the best sushi place in area. The sushi is delicious, especially for the price considering others in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly. This is a must try for anyone in the area who is an avid sushi lover like myself. 10/10

Had the crunchy california roll and mango delight. Yum! Can't go wrong with sushi for the price! I've been here many times. I was so excited when I heard this new sushi place opened up this year. I will keep going back.

The sushi was fresh, and we enjoyed some of the nicest spring rolls (as in rice paper with fresh veggies) we have had in the CNY area. The Fuse signature boba tea with soy milk was really nice, not too sweet like many boba places. We would stop again.

This is such a beautiful little restaurant located in the middle of downtown Oswego. I have gone at least once a week since they opened. The spicy California rolls are the best I've had in Oswego. Their pork dumplings are also very good. Plenty of filling. Their bubble tea is very refreshing as well. I'm not a huge ramen noodle fan, but I did try their Miso ramen noodle bowl once and it was very good as well. The owner is very nice and the atmosphere is super relaxing and inviting for such a small restaurant. Update: Still going strong since day one. Ate in their dining area again for lunch today. Their taro milk tea is my new favorite. Still a fan of their spicy California rolls and spicy pork dumplings. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Also uploaded some better pictures.
